Materials we install
Floratam, Bahia, Zoysia, mulch, and rock. One page each, for products the crew already puts in the ground. No brand catalog.
Sod
Floratam St. Augustine sod
The home-lawn grass. Partial shade, a high cut, and the upper part of the sod range.
Bahia sod
The tougher, less expensive grass for large open ground, not a show lawn.
Zoysia sod
A denser, slower lawn. No cultivar name until the crew names one.
Topsoil and amendments under new sod
Added where the sand is too thin. Not a brand, and not on every square foot.
Beds and edges
Mulch for Florida planting beds
Around the plants, not against the slab. One mulch page until a species is named.
River rock beds
Bed rock near the foundation. Almost no refresh cycle, and not a white-rock border.
White rock borders
The white edge in the gallery. A full bed uses the bed rate. A ribbon is quoted on site.
Bed edging
The line that keeps rock in the bed and grass in the lawn. No poured curb or pavers.
